China remains a declining net exporter of corn for the next five years, catering mainly South East Asian market.
U.S. captures more than 80 percent of the increased import demand while increasing its market share from 77 to 81 percent.
Barley imports are expected to expand by 3 mmt, mainly due to higher demand from China and Saudi Arabia.
EU captures most of the increasing barley market by expanding its exports to a little less than 10 mmt by 2008.
Barley exports by other competitors, such as Canada and Australia, are limited because of switching from barley area to other cash crops.
World sorghum trade is projected to grow rather slowly due to the declining Japanese imports and slow growth in Mexican imports.
